HISTORY

Safari Animal Clinic

was founded in 1984 by Dr. Albert Nelmapius.

Many years ago, we found that the level of intense medical care and preventative programs we provided, was not the right fit for everybody. Clients looking for "quick fix shortcuts" and discount medicine were not happy with how we did things.

To us, each medical case is as important as if the President of the United States of America is receiving our care.

So we decided to

limit our practice to only an exclusive, small number of very selective clients and their pets ,

who expect above average care and frankly expect us to go further and do more.

We have since maintained a very strict selection process for accepting new patients.

That was the only way we could ensure the intense level of one on one personal attention to the lucky few who qualify

We have also developed some

executive level preventative programs and instituted our

SPA DAY concept of pet pampering, to reduce stress in the patients.

This has allowed us to get to know our clients and our patients intimately, like members of our own family and makes it possible to pay such close attention to detail and be so familiar that we all become an extremely close knit family. Frankly we want to continue keeping our numbers down so we never need to compromise that personal attention. I always brag about the fact that Christina, our Customer Care manager will recognize you and almost every client by voice, even when they just call on the phone, and almost know their medical history and personal needs by heart.

But another thing it allows us to do is to provide an unheard of

FULL SATISFACTION OR YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We want to do and maintain whichever programs we can, to not become a "run by numbers," impersonal mega practice, but maintain that celebrity-like, concierge level, cutting edge service. We want you to feel like a member of our family and get that level of personalized custom made attention .

But at the end of the day we just love to interact with and educate caring pet owners, so even if you never decide to be a client here, feel free to join us as a virtual member for free (Go to START HERE button on front page) and get the benefit of our educational programs anywhere in the world- tell your friends!

Sincerely,

(By the way there are several free gifts and access to at least one $100 gift card hidden on this website-happy hunting)

  • "When my dog Blackie was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis, Dr. Nelmapius prescribed a strict treatment plan but also course of laser therapy. Every time he gets the therapy I can immediately tell he just feels better and after each treatment I could see improvement and the outbreaks have become less frequent and less intense almost to the point of a complete cure."

  • ""I must mention Liz. Such a wonderful loving person and dear friend. Liz drove all the way to my house to bring me medicine that I needed for my very sick Shih Tzu, Bijou. She also was so caring to a little stray dog that found us one morning and was in need of special attention. That little dog was in terrible shape and she cleaned him up for us and comforted him"

  • "I really liked the attention, including the details, from Doctor N. I also liked the check-up phone calls from Christina and the other caring staff"
    Brittany Caddic
  • ""We found a little sickly stray. He has since become our special little dog since Dr. Nelmapius had to do several surgeries on him to fix major damage from abuse that he received before he found us. I have often said I wish I had a Doctor for my health issues that is as dedicated to each of his patients as Dr Nelmapius"
    Fred and Joyce Pennington
  • "I appreciated the time Doctor N. and his staff at Safari took with us. He personally took the extra time to make sure that I understand everything that is taking place."
